Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@olfactorytrainingkit.com with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How to Return

Email support@olfactorytrainingkit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
